Most frequent questions and answers
If you notice that the temperature inside your fridge has dropped below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, check the thermostat. This will tell you whether or not the power outage was caused by an electrical malfunction. If so, call your electric company immediately. They should be able to help you determine what needs to be done to restore power.
If the problem persists, try unplugging the appliance and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work, turn off the breaker switch at the main panel. Then, wait 30 minutes before turning the breaker back on.
Keeping your fridge organised
Check the power cord first. If there is no damage, then check the fuse box. If the fuse has blown, replace it with a new one.
If you put smaller items at eye level, you’ll be able to see them more easily. This means you won’t need to reach as far down into the back of the fridge to grab something.

Check the door seals. If there is any air leaking into the fridge, the compressor will not work correctly. You should also make sure the door is shut tightly.
