repairing dishwashers

Do you need a simple how-to guide on repairing your dishwasher? We’ve got you covered! This easy-to-follow guide will walk you through all the steps needed to replace a broken part in your dishwasher.

If you notice any water leaking out of the drain line, check the drain line first. You should see a small hole at the bottom of the sink where the drain pipe goes into the wall. Remove the cover plate and make sure there isn’t anything blocking the drain line. If you find something stuck in the drain line, use a pair of pliers to remove it.

Once you’ve removed the filter, turn off the power supply to the unit and open the door. Check the filter for debris. If it’s clogged, clean it with a brush attachment.

If there’s no water coming out of the hose when you turn on the faucet, then check the water level. It should be at least halfway full.

Next, remove the washer pump assembly by removing the screws holding it in place. You’ll need to disconnect the hoses first.
